| Kent Lamb |
| We sell only the highest grade lamb which has been reared and fattened by local farms in our area of Kent. We select our lambs so they weigh between 16 and 20 kilo's which gives our customers the choice of whole Legs and Shoulders weighing between 2kilos - 3 kilos.We will prepare any joint, boning and rolling joints, make noissettes from the loin, racksfrom the Best Ends, bone and stuff the Breasts, Please check out our Lamb page. |
| Free Range Pork |
| All the pork is Free Range, weighing approx 50-55 kilo for cutting into joints,chops, steaks etc. we also have 60-70 kilo pigs which we use for our sausages and our home cured bacon, both are prepared for sale on the premises. |
| Local bred Beef |
| The Beef also comes from a local farm nearby in the village of Ash, we use either pure bred Sussex or sussex cross heifers weighing between 260 - 300 kilos. The quarters are delivered to us in carcasse form to hang for a minimum of fourteen days to give natural tenderness and then prepareed for our customers by our qualified Butchers. |

| During the seasons we always have plenty of Game to offer the customers, We buy whole bodies of Venison, Wild Boar, also Pheasant,Partridge,Rabbit Giunea Fowl .It gives you the opportunity to try some different. |
