Sirloin Steak
With Tomato and Chilli sauce.
Ingredients
Method
Two 250 grammes Steak
2 x 15 mls (2 tbsp) low fat fromage frais
1 x 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) chilli powder
salt and black pepper
fresh red chilles, optional
Grill Steak.
Meanwhile mix all the ingredients
for the sauce together in a bowl.
Serve the Steaks with a dollop of sauce, fresh crisp salad and chips. 
For Creamy Garlic Steak.
15 ml (1tpsp) oil and fry two steaks.
Add to the pan 50g (2 oz ) soft garlic and herb cheese and 90 ml (6tbsp) semi -
skimmed milk.
Heat gently for approx 1 minute, serve with new potatoes and steamed leeks.

Lamb Steaks
With Redcurrants and Red wine sauce
Ingredients
2 x lean Lamb Leg Steaks
1 x 5ml  (1 tsp) Oil
3 x 15ml (3tbsp) Red Currant Jelly
150 ml (1/4 pint) Red Wine
1 x 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh Rosemary
1 x 5 ml (1tsp) gravy granules 
Method
Heat the Oil in the frying pan and cook the steak.
Remove from pan and keep warm.
Add red currant jelly, Wine and Rosemary to the pan and boil for 1 - 2 minutes.
Add the gravy granules and stir until thickened.
Serve the Lamb Steaks on a bed of mashed Potato, Carrot  and Parsnip with steamed Asparagus drissled with the sauce.
